TL;DR:

• We have money and the skills required to not do stuff like admin abuse in our servers.
• Any malicious actions against our servers will be settles by using the law.
• We run our own servers and we don't play dirty.
• But some things are out of our control.
• We own the data generated by our servers, and we decide if or when to release them.
• A ban is a ban, there is no evading.
• If you pay, you are buying a privilege on our server, not a right.
• Think twice before paying.
• We reserve the right to interpret the ToS.
• Cheating will result in bans. Depending on the situation, cheater's teammates will likely to get association bans.
• You can BM, mock, or cuss. But over the line stuff will result in temp mutes before bans.
• No racism/sexism or any abuses of the kinds.
• Disrespect to admins will result in bans.
• Talk to only ONE admin about your issue.
• Do NOT get your whole team to talk to an admin about the same issue.
• Any negative actions and comments that isn't helpful in solving a problemic situation will result in bans.
• Enjoy the game like it is meant to be.

Introduction

       SinoGamer was founded in 2011 with the goal to provide players with a community platform to share your joy, anger, and experience in online games. In 2021, we created SinoRust so that Rust players can have a place to enjoy the game. Our experience in running an online gaming community for the past 10+ years allows us to become one of the most successful Rust server providers.

Our Competitive Advantages

Our competitive advantages are something other servers will only hope to have.

1. We don't rely on third party income or donations to keep our servers running. We have our own jobs for that. That means our Rust servers won't be influenced by other factors.
2. We have more than 10 years of running online gaming communities. We know what we should do, and what we shouldn't.
3. We are currently working with 3 world renowned university PhD professors in network security research, which means that we are constantly evolving in defending DDoS attacks.
4. We are a registered company in both China and the U.S. Any malicious actions against us will be settled by law.
5. We don't play dirty beacuse we know better.

Term of Service

1. SinoRust provides Rust servers for players to interact with.
2. All the services that SinoRust provides, unless otherwise stated, are free services. Payments are not necessary to play on our servers.
3. SinoRust does not take any responsibility for pause or stop of service in case of force majeure.
4. All data generated on Sinorust, other than data retrived from third parties, are all owned by SinoRust. Sinorust reserve the right to decide what to do with the data.
5. Certain paying players will enjoy certain predefined privileges on our servers.
6. Because of the nature of internet services, SinoRust reserves the right to pause, change, or cancel part or all paying player privileges without taking any responsibility.
7. SinoRust reserves the right to cancel any banned players' privileges without taking any responsibility.
8. Unless otherwise stated, all paying privileges are optional. All paying players accepts to take any consequences that may occur. Do not pay to SinoRust if you can't accept the possible consequences.
9. All payments made to SinoRust are final. SinoRust will not grant any refunds for any reason. All paying players agree to be bound by this clause. If you do not agree, do not pay to SinoRust.
10. Any violation to the ToS or rules will result in denial of service from SinoRust.
11. To make sure our servers are sustainable, SinoRust reserves the right to not provide a reason for denial of service.
12. SinoRust reserves the right to interpret this Term of Service. We also reserve the right to change this Term of Service without announcement. Players need to check for updates of this ToS periodically. By using SinoRust's services, including but not limited to: interacting with our Discord server or joining our Rust servers, you give your consent to be bound by this ToS.

Rules

1. No Cheating - Cheating is absolutely not allowed on our servers. Cheating is defined as anything that gives you an unfair advantage against other players. If you are ever banned because of cheating, don't expect to ever play on our servers. (We can also detect ban evaders, *hint hint*.)
2. Toxicity & Profanity - Generally speaking, toxicity and profanity is somewhat permitted by other servers, so we'd allow it to some extent. But if it goes beyond reasonable & out of control, you might first get a warning kick from the server. Don't worry, you can still re-connect right after the kick (not a ban), but it does go on your record. If it happens frequently, you might be permanently muted and/or banned. Imagine playing Rust with a permanent mute, wouldn't that suck.
3. No Racism - This may come third on our rules list, but believe it, we don't tolerate racist comments, drawings, and actions AT ALL. Once spotted, warning or ban is instant.
4. No Political Comments - This may come as a surprise. We've been in way too many situations where political comments and topics turn into racist arguments. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, we respect that. Just don't start a conversation with a political nature in it. Rust is an online game, not an online political forum.
5. Any disrespect to our admins will likely result in instant and permanent bans. Respect yourself and respect others.
6. Do not contact multiple admins for the same issue.
7. Do not have your whole team contacting the admin for the same issue.
8. We do not tolerate any type of advertisement.
9. If you need help with something, direct message an admin. Any negative type of complaining in public chat will result in denial of service.
10. SinoRust reserves the right to interpret this Rule. We also reserve the right to change the Rule without announcement. Players need to check for updates of the Rule periodically. By using SinoRust's services, including but not limited to: interacting with our Discord server or joining our Rust servers, you agree to follow the Rules.
